Fit Fast Classes
Fit Fast has moved locations!! We're now at Central Community Church in the back field. Rain or shine! These classes are guaranteed to leave you energized, transform your body, and increase your confidence. You won't believe what you can accomplish with some hard work. Classes are geared towards all levels but everyone works at their max the entire class.
Location: 46100 Chilliwack Central Road
Time: 7:00-7:30pm and 7:45-8:15 Monday, Wednesday, Friday evenings
Cost: $6 for a one time drop-in or $40 for a ten punch pass.
Please bring: A mat if you have it, indoor running shoes and a water bottle!
